We have been notified today that New Zealand Customs system has gone offline this morning.
Initial investigations show that this appears to be caused by a problem outside of Trade Single Window. All inbound and outbound connections across all New Zealand Customs Service applications are impacted.
This will cause delays to Customs and MPI clearances for cargo arriving and departing New Zealand.
